The most critical element of success is the message upon which the communications platform is built.  StrategCations facilitates client brainstorm sessions to uncover the critical messages that will provide the core of all print and verbal communications. 

 

We also identify the key company spokespeople, all of whom undergo training to ensure consistency of messages during media, blogger and other interviews so your brand voice is clearly and succinctly projected. Training includes mock interviews that are videotaped for real-time playback and critique. A Briefing Guide provides a post-training/pre-interview review for use before each interview.


Crisis Communications & Management
